    The Cali Club

    The Cali Club is a 6 month membership program and community to help you start or progress your calisthenics training

    What do I get as a Cali Club member?

    • 6 month progressive program

    • 3 sessions per week

    • New skill focus each month

    • Monthly updated mobility and flexibility routines

    • Easy to use app where you can log your training, upload video progress, track your mood and add your own workouts to your schedule

    • Access to private community group

    • Coaches video analysis when you upload videos to the group for feedback
